Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience required in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification within six (6) months of hire.
- Training or experience in chemotherapy.
