Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations and service delivery in ambulatory care settings * Ensure staff provides high-quality care and adheres to regulatory requirements * Implement and maintain patient care and quality service standards * Act as patient advocate, resolving care issues and promoting patient satisfaction * Develop and monitor budgets and resource allocations * Collaborate with physicians and nursing managers to develop patient services and day-to-day operations * Supervise the implementation of policies and procedures Requirements: * Registered Nurse License (California) required * Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association * Minimum two years of experience in ambulatory care or a related clinical setting * Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in a directly related field * Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act, TJC, and other local, state, and federal regulations Preferred Qualifications: * Clinical specialization in oncology or infusion therapy * Healthcare supervisory experience * Knowledge of Labor/Management Partnership environment
