About the Role

FLEX Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Business Development and Growth to join our CEC team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying new customers, developing relationships and business with them, and achieving pipeline and bookings results according to assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new strategic alliances within the Communication, Enterprise, and Cloud Space, focusing on building strategic relationships at all levels of the Customer's organization.
  • Analyze and understand your customers' business strategy, technology roadmap, future product plans, and expansion activities, and align FLEX resources to successfully differentiate FLEX and close new business opportunities.
  • Align with customers on key technology, innovation, and supply chain initiatives to create unique value propositions with both FLEX EMS and vertical integration, including design, engineering, mechanicals, optical, plastics, power, Infinex, and Global Supply Services.
  • Assist current accounts in the development and execution of product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering FLEX's solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of successful EMS Business Development experience.
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Demonstrated experience of account growth by selling a global solution that includes all aspects of FLEX's vertical integration offering.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into enterprise, communication, or cloud customers.
  • Experience selling or knowledge of: Satellite Communications, aerospace, communications, Optical Solutions, Liquid Cooling, or AI/ML.
  • MBA preferred.
