Optical Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Eyewear Merchandising Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for influencing and driving consensus on all merchandising strategies and objectives related to the Eyewear business. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new markets and lines of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence and drive consensus on all merchandising strategies and objectives related to the Eyewear business.
- Liaise with Creative Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to optimize collection and product assortment.
- Contribute to bringing customer and market perspective to design and product development process.
Requirements:
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in eyewear, jewelry, or accessories as a business leader with major business driving functions.
- 3+ years management experience and success with cross-functional partnerships.
Salary Estimate: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
