CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $23.62-$34.65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs an Optical Sales Professional, you will be the face of our business, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
- Measuring customers for eyewear and maintaining product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
- Executing day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification in lieu of experience
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines (if applicable)
