Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Sales Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role will be responsible for sales activities related to Respiratory Care Solutions within the defined sales territory. As a key relationship owner, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their clinical and business requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned order quotas and expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their workflow, technical requirements, and product value propositions
Conduct product demonstrations, quoting, and closing sales to meet or exceed quarterly targets
Collaborate with clinical/technical customer service representatives to determine customer needs and best position Draeger solutions
Manage the sales cycle, drive to close, and ensure sales quota is achieved in all assigned categories
Provide account follow-up and support as required, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Interface with other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer experience and coordination of Draeger resources

Requirements
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in clinical sales or applications
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Consultative selling skills, with ability to understand customer needs and translate into business solutions
