Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and inhaled medication as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform airway clearance, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and bedside spirometry
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) licensure in the State of Texas
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board Respiratory Care
  • Less than 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
