Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Service Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the Business Development Center team to respond to internet sales leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to establish goals and benchmarks for the Business Development Center team.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories to effectively assist customers in selecting a vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
