Job Opportunity

Fantastic opportunity for a Sales/Business Development Manager to join Volt, an industry leader in the global transportation field. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in logistics and freight forwarding, as well as excellent sales and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives, managers, and staff
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to customers' logistics and transportation needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business development initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and/or relevant logistics sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of the domestic and international transportation industry
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Japanese/English
  • Experience working with Japanese companies
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
Compensation and Benefits

$85-110K per year plus substantial bonus. Benefits will be provided by the employer.
