Overview

A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a significant energy project, specifically a $90M Power Plant initiative.

Key Locations:

Office Locations: Medford, MA, Norwood, MA & New Haven CT
Project Locations: Various sites across New England, including MA, CT, NH, and RI.

Role Responsibilities:

The Superintendent will be tasked with:

  • Daily on-site management in Hanover, NH
  • Reporting directly to the General Superintendent
  • Supervising the construction activities of the $90M Power Plant project

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience in Power Plant projects or a background in Large Scale Commercial construction
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Procore, MS Projects, and MS Office
  • Ability to commute to Hanover, NH
  • Strong judgment and professionalism
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent technical and computer skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and leadership abilities
