We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a $90M Ground up Power Plant project in New England.
Key Responsibilities- Onsite management of the project, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
- Reporting to the General Superintendent, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Leading a team of construction professionals, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
- 8+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with a General Contractor
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects, with a focus on power plant construction
- Proficient in Procore, MS Projects, and MS Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on quality and safety
