Incident Management Engineer Role
As an Incident Management Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in providing incident response, account ownership, and customer communication. This includes driving the resolution of large-scale customer impacting incidents as part of a team rotation, driving critical, complex customer escalations in situations that are sometimes technically challenging in collaboration with Engineering Teams, and providing critical incident response/management (including leading calls with internal/external participants) for customer's critical workloads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, customer ownership, and leadership, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also have experience working with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions and provide critical incident response management.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
