Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, customer ownership, and leadership.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing incident response, account ownership, and customer communication. You will drive the resolution of large-scale customer impacting incidents as part of a team rotation and collaborate with Engineering Teams to resolve complex customer escalations.

This is a global role that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for leading the resolution of critical incidents. You will be responsible for providing critical incident response/management (including leading calls with internal/external participants) for customer's critical workloads.

You will also contribute to driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the resolution of large-scale customer impacting incidents as part of a team rotation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams to drive critical, complex customer escalations in situations that are sometimes technically challenging.
  • Provide critical incident response/management (including leading calls with internal/external participants) for customer's critical workloads.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $160,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
