Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve better hearing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
- Perform routine checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Drive business growth through sales and key performance metrics while maintaining a focus on quality patient care.
- Develop strong relationships with local community leaders and represent HearingLife as an advocate for hearing health.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of inventory and support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Maintain an active Hearing Aid Dispensing License in accordance with state requirements.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in selling hearing aids in an Audiology/dispensing practice.
- Continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills to analyze patient situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate patients and third parties.
- Ability to communicate test results and propose treatment in a clear and concise manner.
