POSITION TITLE: Clinical Research Coordinator

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular Full-Time

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and execute the practice's mission and strategic vision within designated departments.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism, adhering to health information protection, data integrity, and security policies.
  • Facilitate Phase II, III, and IV pharmaceutical, device, and non-interventional research trials in line with GCP guidelines.
  • Recruit patients for research studies through in-person and phone interactions, schedule visits, prepare for appointments, conduct visits, and complete necessary data entry post-visit.
  • Oversee a caseload of patients across various studies.
  • Assist with safety assessments during patient visits, including vital signs and specimen collection.
  • Ensure accurate data entry following each visit, including addressing sponsor inquiries.
  • Maintain excellent communication with management, team members, sponsors, and the IRB.
  • Thoroughly document all patient interactions.
  • Occasionally attend investigator meetings outside the local area.
  • Perform other clinical or administrative tasks as required to support practice needs.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma | Bachelor's Degree or Medical Experience Preferred | Proficient in Medical Terminology | Knowledge of GCP Regulations | Familiarity with EMR Systems

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in a clinical research environment
