Position Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Management Lead to oversee our compliance initiatives. This role can be performed globally, with a preference for candidates in North America. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Compliance Management Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the compliance monitoring framework, including the generation and analysis of metrics related to market research and patient support programs.
- Supervising audit and inspection readiness activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Implementing and overseeing the compliance program, including conducting risk assessments and monitoring compliance activities.
- Utilizing data analytics to enhance processes and mitigate noncompliance risks.
- Providing guidance to stakeholders on regulatory compliance requirements.
- Communicating compliance monitoring results according to established protocols.
- Conducting internal investigations into compliance issues and formulating corrective actions.
- Identifying compliance risks and developing strategies for risk management.
- Enhancing compliance monitoring systems and processes continuously.
- Creating and updating compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Facilitating training and development for team members.
- Setting performance expectations and conducting evaluations.
- Promoting a positive team culture and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on compliance management. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is essential.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is necessary, along with the ability to work independently.
Travel Requirements:
This position may require up to 10% travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $118,000 to $236,000. Employees may be eligible for various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
