Position Overview:
The Senior Operations Program Manager will directly report to the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations (MO) and will spearhead the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate with a strategic mindset while maintaining hands-on awareness, demonstrating strong cross-functional leadership skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable role within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on program management responsibilities.

Skills:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication. Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and operational execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, gather input, and present data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technical documentation writing, training/degree in communication, and PMP certification.

Compensation:
This position includes three primary components: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this role is $198,000 to $286,000, with the possibility of a sign-on bonus as part of the compensation package. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and level.
