Key Responsibilities
  • Document and track customer complaints in our systems
  • Utilize good judgment to assign verbal/written complaints
  • Coordinate complaint resolution with other departments
  • Research customer complaints, including verbal contact with borrowers and contractors
  • Monitor complaint records to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Communicate professionally with borrowers and contractors
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Complaint Resolution Procedures
  • Ensure proper scanning and filing of borrower correspondence
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of customer relations or related experience
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong typing skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy
