Key Responsibilities- Document and track customer complaints in our systems
- Utilize good judgment to assign verbal/written complaints
- Coordinate complaint resolution with other departments
- Research customer complaints, including verbal contact with borrowers and contractors
- Monitor complaint records to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Communicate professionally with borrowers and contractors
- Assist with updating and maintaining Complaint Resolution Procedures
- Ensure proper scanning and filing of borrower correspondence
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years of customer relations or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong typing skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy
