About the Role: Client Experience Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our clients. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients. This role requires a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility as well as a background in physical therapy, sports medicine, or personal training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and positive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding clients needs and providing a stretch suited to their need
  • Delivering a best-in-class stretching experience
  • Booking clients weekly recurring appointments and owning your own Book of business
  • Updating client notes consistently and focus on building long-term relationship

Requirements:
  • Fitness certification required
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
  • Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills
