Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Purpose team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate communications and purpose-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of creative campaigns that deliver results, working closely with our research and strategy teams to drive business growth and enhance corporate reputation.
  • Provide expert counsel to clients on issues management, reputation enhancement, and leadership visibility, leveraging our network of resources to deliver exceptional value.
  • Act as primary contact for Purpose clients, building trust and delivering results through exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Develop and execute client programs, strategic plans, and financial management, while serving as a key liaison among clients, account teams, and agency management.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on an ongoing basis, anticipating and addressing their needs, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, media, and clients, ensuring inclusive and diverse perspectives are represented.
Qualifications
  • 9+ years of agency and/or in-house public relations experience, with a strong background in purpose-driven initiatives and corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships and delivering programs that exceed anticipated results in ESG, CSR, Sustainability, and Purpose.
  • Proven track record of growing business and driving revenue growth.
  • Broad-based exposure to all skill areas, including proposal planning, writing, presentations, media relations, and consultative selling.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present and listen effectively.
