Resident Care Coordinator

The Resident Care Coordinator will be responsible for staffing shifts as needed within the Independent Living Community, acting as a liaison between the resident and Comfort Keepers, and performing administrative work relating to resident care coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Staffing Shifts:
- Be available to cover shifts within the Independent Living Community as needed to ensure 24/7 resident care coverage.
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 7 AM to 7 PM with flexible additional hours throughout the week.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with other staff members to streamline administrative processes.
- Communicate changes and/or concerns regarding resident care to Independent Living Community staff.
- Create and maintain various forms and records for each resident's care plan.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- HCA or CNA certification in the state of Washington.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
