Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning: Develop and implement a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents, including arts, crafts, music, and social events.
- Team Management: Supervise and support a team of activities professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Resident Engagement: Encourage and support residents in participating in activities, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
