About the Role:

Carrabba's Italian Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Kitchen Operations: Ensure seamless execution of menu items, maintain high-quality food standards, and manage kitchen staff to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement initiatives to increase sales, profitability, and guest count, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide coaching and feedback, and support the growth and development of kitchen staff.
  • Participate in Neighborhood Activities: Engage with local communities, participate in events, and build relationships with key stakeholders to promote the brand and drive business growth.
  • Operate a Scratch Kitchen: Source high-quality ingredients, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality food standards.
