Job Overview

Valeo Financial Advisors LLC is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our stakeholders and partners by facilitating the flow of funds for real estate investments, managing internal databases, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and database management, and have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.

This position requires consistent in-office attendance and is based in our Carmel, IN location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the flow of funds for real estate investments, including investment closing, subsequent capital calls, and distributions to investors.
  • Manage internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate timely communication with external resources, such as CPAs and related advisors, to provide accurate and up-to-date tax reporting and other critical information for investors.
  • Review tax and other provided documents from external sources for accuracy and completeness and distribute as needed.
  • Assist in the generation, reporting, and distribution of quarterly meeting materials and investor reports.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system uses, processes, and procedures, and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, assisting in addressing any investment- or operational-related questions.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, the onboarding of new team members, and general brand management.
  • Strive to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality to protect the sensitive information of our investors, partners, and TwoPointO internal operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative/operational support or equivalent experience in a professional environment required.
  • High school diploma required; higher-level education preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and database management.
  • Possess extremely high attention to detail and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential corporate and client information.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
