Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of income tax projections, tax documentation, and returns, with a focus on federal and state individual and fiduciary tax filings. Experience with gift and estate tax returns is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate robust technical proficiency in individual and fiduciary income tax, with knowledge of partnerships and S-corporations.
  • Deliver strategic consulting, planning, and compliance services tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's in Taxation is preferred, along with a CPA designation.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in public accounting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining client relationships while delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CCH Axcess, BNA Income Tax Planner, CCH Intelliconnect, RIA Checkpoint, XCM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
