As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our mission by implementing behavior intervention plans crafted by our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and behavior
  • Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver consistent and impactful interventions
