Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for performing contracts management functions, including proposal development, contract award, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform contracts management functions, including proposal development, contract award, and contract administration.
  • Provide business advice and guidance to program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies.
  • Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4+ years of professional experience; or 2+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree; or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with poly and ability to maintain a US TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience in Federal Government contract administration/management and negotiations, program management, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior government contracts management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to quickly comprehend issues at hand.
