About the Role
  • Job Type: Full-time

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for managing nursing staff on multiple floors, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are executed effectively. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage nursing staff on designated units, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  2. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
  3. Monitor and analyze patient flow, adjusting staffing levels as needed to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  4. Provide education and guidance to nursing staff, promoting evidence-based practices and professional development opportunities.
  5. Analyze unit-specific data to inform quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a hospital setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving quality improvements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
