Job Overview

Position Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing relationship management plans to acquire and retain high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client experiences and ongoing relationship growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships, expanding existing client bases, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine action plans, assess client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage risk through client selection and ensure service delivery aligns with fees charged, working closely with risk partners to escalate client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks, ensuring timely execution of team processes and adherence to business standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Risk Management - Ability to assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities.
