Position Summary:
The role involves repairing and overhauling equipment, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems to meet customer requirements efficiently, accurately, and punctually.
Key Responsibilities:


Deliver expert service to our clientele by repairing and overhauling equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner that surpasses customer expectations.

Execute expert repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, such as air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, gas furnaces, compressors, and electric motors safely and promptly.

Conduct preventative maintenance for clients by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operational deficiencies to ensure quality performance for our customer base.

Support the department by processing job tickets and work orders promptly.
Provide necessary training to new or less experienced technicians as required.
Maintain proper inventory in the service vehicle and operate the company vehicle safely.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Completion of coursework at an accredited vocational technical or trade school
7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, and gas furnaces required
Experience with refrigeration systems in convenience and supermarket settings.
Valid Driver's license
EPA Certification
Extensive knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, gas furnaces, and electrical systems.
Thorough understanding of single systems, rack systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer controls.
Strong mechanical skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with customers and management.
