Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Senior Living Residences. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting residents with their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Assist residents with their daily needs, such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, and providing information about community events
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
