The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track all HR-related paperwork, including new hire setup, status changes, and employment verifications.
  • Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly reports to operating directors and managers.
  • Administer performance management, including tracking reviews due and overdue, and entering data into the HRIS system.
  • Filing and maintenance of personnel files, I-9 files, and CORI files.
  • Provide telephone coverage and receptionist duties.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources preferred.
  • Strong computer and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
