Our client operates within the Aerospace and Aviation sector, boasting a diverse portfolio of over 9,000 products and catering to 5,000 clients across 110 nations.
They are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to enhance their internal sales operations and facilitate the online ordering workflow.
The role of Customer Representative encompasses the cultivation of robust relationships with clients, engaging with business leaders and stakeholders, and generating sales reports.
You will also address client inquiries and uncover new business prospects among current customers.In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Key Account Executives, to elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process quotes and orders through various systems, including ERP and the company website
- Convert quotations into orders
- Manage export order processing, with a solid understanding of international shipping regulations
- Communicate with clients through multiple channels: web chat, email, and phone
- Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all clients
- Identify opportunities and log them on a CRM platform for the Business Development Team
- Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information
- Ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly and professionally
- Strive for excellence in handling discrepancies and seek process improvements where feasible
- Oversee the allocation and shipping of goods, ensuring timely delivery of all orders
- Coordinate data management, control, and protection
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Proficient in IT skills, including Outlook Office, email, and phone systems
- NVQ qualification or equivalent in business (Desirable)
- Experience and understanding of exporting products to international markets
- Proven track record in customer liaison to achieve satisfaction
- Experience in resolving customer inquiries effectively
