The Application Support Specialist provides critical support to clients, addressing inquiries regarding the functionality and utilization of products through various communication channels. This role acts as the primary support liaison between the organization and its customers within a collaborative team environment. The specialist is expected to relay customer feedback to the product development team and develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client inquiries or issues related to product usage via telephone or online, focusing on product features, operating environments, and system configurations.
  • Promote and uphold a high-quality, professional, service-oriented image of the company among users and team members.
  • Provide after-hours support for critical incidents, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as during special events.

Basic Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Business or Technology-related discipline.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills with familiarity in various software applications for testing, troubleshooting, and call logging.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
  • Flexibility to work beyond defined roles and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be on-call as necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in software or ERP implementation is advantageous but not mandatory.
