Your responsibilities will encompass providing advanced Tier 3 Application Support, focusing on the Rates Accounting, Valuations, and Water Billing modules of the Pathway product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support to clients, ensuring they can maximize the use of the Pathway product.
  • Conduct system testing for the modules you oversee, ensuring quality and functionality.
  • Analyze software or integration requirements, preparing and advocating for functional specifications to enhance our product offerings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of legislation related to property and rating functions.
  • Investigate and document solutions to software or procedural issues raised by clients, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding incident status, ensuring they are informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the support team.
