Job Description
"As a Front Desk Agent at The Seelbach Hilton, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of check-in and check-out, maintaining accurate records of guest information, and providing exceptional guest service.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in customer service, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. A high school diploma is required, with college experience preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk area, handling all aspects of check-in and check-out, including processing payments and handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, including room assignments and payment methods.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; college experience preferred.
  • Prior hospitality experience, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on detail and quality.
