About the Role

Myriad Hotel is seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include responding to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, maintaining knowledge of hotel services and amenities, and providing recommendations and assistance to guests. You will also be responsible for arranging transportation, tours, and reservations, and handling guest requests for amenities and services.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems and software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $16/hour.
