We are currently in search of a Reservations Sales Specialist to enhance our Central Reservations Team.

We are accepting applications exclusively from residents of Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, or Florida.
Work Schedule: The working hours for this position will be from 9:00 AM/10:00 AM to 5:30 PM/6:30 PM PST, including weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming sales inquiries for luxury hotel brands and resorts throughout the U.S.
- Address guest inquiries, ensuring all needs are identified and appropriate options are suggested.
- Accurately input reservation and guest information into Property Management Systems.
- Promote seasonal packages and current offers to guests.
- Perform additional administrative tasks for the Reservations Department.
To excel as a Reservations Sales Specialist, candidates should possess:
- Preferred experience in reservations sales.
- Background in luxury hotel operations or customer service is advantageous.
- A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to connect authentically with customers.
- A strong desire to learn and advance within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- A friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Competitive starting pay at $17.84 per hour, with potential for monthly incentives based on completed reservations.
