Job Description

Odin Properties is seeking a seasoned Regional Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maximizing the profitability of our assets within your defined market area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cost control and revenue improvement programs to achieve the highest possible portfolio net operating income.
  • Design and execute leasing and marketing plans to increase property value and rental income.
  • Prepare and present operational data to the executive team in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and implement creative programs to increase property value, including national or regional marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the owner and supervisor to approve pricing strategies and develop rent renewal strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of property asset plans to determine the long-term viability of each asset.
  • Build and lead a high-quality on-site team through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
  • Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are fully functional, safe, and attractive, and that adequate scheduling occurs to keep vacant units ready for occupancy.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve property performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Regional Property Manager.
  • Range of experience should include lease-ups, acquisitions, and due diligence.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to deal well with people.
  • Evidence of leadership qualities in the region, company, and/or industry.
  • Experience with managing distressed properties is preferred.
