We are seeking a highly skilled Project Specialist to join our team at our office in Little Canada, MN. In this role, you will work closely with our Engineering Supervisor and team to oversee various projects across the city. Your responsibilities will include administrative duties, report preparation, customer service, and providing support to the department as needed.

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences daily
  • Define project scopes, network requirements, and connection points
  • Manage path planning reviews, site pictures, and integration of node and area resources
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation
  • Drive projects through final development and budgeting stages
  • Support design activities for site planning, labor needs, and permitting requirements
  • Lead project walkouts and manage various project stages efficiently
  • Have expertise in aerial and underground assets and network inventory
  • Prior experience with aerial and underground construction, network operations, and bucket truck work
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet pre-employment requirements
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting maps, drawings, and diagrams
  • Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and utilize software systems effectively
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, work outdoors, and navigate different terrains
