Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
  • Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship.
  • Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
  • Bi-lingual (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay (up to $100k with added commission).
  • Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000).
  • Guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months OR commission of gross margin (you will receive the higher of the two).
  • 2-4% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin + $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).
