Salary: $90K-$100K annually, based on experience, plus potential for bonuses. This new team member must have student housing experience.

Job Overview:
  • Maximize net operating income through strategic cost management.
  • Ensure optimal occupancy rates.
  • Craft and implement marketing strategies while staying attuned to market trends and competitive pricing.
  • Provide timely operational and financial reports to your Regional Manager.
  • Foster a high-performing on-site team through effective training, clear communication of standards, and leadership.
  • Oversee the execution of all policies and procedures outlined in the company manuals.
  • Lead daily and weekly motivational team meetings.
  • Guarantee that all property aspects are operational and secure.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain readiness of vacant units.
  • Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
  • Perform and evaluate market surveys.
Special Requirements:

Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using various body parts. Occasional climbing may be necessary. Must be able to work at a computer and communicate via phone for extended periods. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms is essential, and flexibility to work extended hours and weekends may be required.
Attendance/Travel:
  • This is a full-time role that may require availability for nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Active participation in company events is also expected.

Qualifications:

Computer Skills:
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and the Internet.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with software such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, and Resident Check is preferred.
Learning and Development:
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through our company's educational programs.
Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certifications such as CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and utilize all on-site resident management software.
Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of one year’s experience as a Property Manager in the Multifamily Industry is required.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in student housing is required.
