  • Enforce high standards for facility cleanliness, sanitation, and food preparation to maintain a high-quality work environment and guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on current menu items and ingredients to ensure accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and minimize waste by maintaining par levels and monitoring food usage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our culinary team.

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with supervisory kitchen experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, practices, and food safety, with ServSafe certifications a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

The expected pay range for this position is $25.49 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
