Job Summary

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our residential program. As a key member of our team, you will provide round-the-clock supervision, build healthy relationships, and support the treatment plans of youth aged 6-18 who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and supportive care to youth in a residential setting
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with youth, promoting emotional intelligence and social learning
  • Teach life skills and support the implementation of treatment plans
  • Participate in a team-oriented and trauma-informed work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive and calm attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check and physical and drug screening

  • Competitive salary range: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
  • Sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment
