Job Summary

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Behavioral Health Specialist Manager. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, social learning skills, and open communication abilities to help youth heal from trauma in our 24/7 residential program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision to staff and clients, ensuring adherence to routines, policies, and treatment plans.
  • Support staff and clients in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor and report on client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in social services, child development, or criminal justice preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with children, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
