Job Description

Dynamics ATS Organic is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager/Program Control Specialist to support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract. The successful candidate will assist in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports, identify mission risk, and organize and direct the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports;
  • Identify mission risk pertaining to cost, schedule, and performance;
  • Organize and direct the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects;
  • Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on the leadership strategy;
  • Manage operational evaluation schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements;
  • Prepare and submit products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns;
  • Prepare resource requests for multiple organizational sections.

Requirements:

  • Competent writing and oral communication skills;
  • Training and certification as a PMP or equivalent;
  • At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience;
  • United States citizen;
  • TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in project management software;
  • Developed repeatable, efficient processes for execution on events.
