Job Description

Dynamics ATS Organic is seeking a skilled Logistics Management professional to support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accomplishing Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations and supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD).

The Logistics Management Specialist will be responsible for researching electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtaining relevant DOD documents, conducting studies, and reporting results. They will also analyze options, develop specified documentation, and apply scientific methods and techniques to effectively and efficiently carry out the JCER mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, develop, and perform logistics management operations, including planning and coordinating logistical actions to support organizational missions and programs.
  • Identify requirements for the organization's logistics program, including financial, facility, manpower, material, and support services needed to support a successful program.
  • Update and maintain supplies, inventories, equipment, and programs to ensure the readiness of the logistics program.
  • Plan and manage information systems in support of logistical requirements and support for an entire organization.
  • Integrate multifaceted activities into a comprehensive logistics plan to support organizational events and activities.
  • Monitor progress and meet logistical plans and standards, identifying delays or problems and suggesting or taking actions to remediate issues.
  • Coordinate and evaluate the efforts of others to identify specific logistical requirements and adjust plans and schedules for logistical actions needed.
  • Design, develop, procure, plan, produce, store, distribute, maintain, transport, utilize, and dispose of materials and equipment as it relates to the logistics program requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • United States citizen
  • TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses. An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director.
