As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for our guests' stay. You will be responsible for answering phones, checking guests in and out, fulfilling guest requests, and ensuring that billing and payments are correct. You will also be responsible for actively ensuring safety and security measures are being met.
You will work closely with our Maintenance and Housekeeping team members to ensure that our guests' needs are met. You will also be responsible for communicating with our guests to resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. You must also be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
