Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our dedicated team of healthcare providers. As a Physician, you will provide exceptional patient care, support our mission, vision, and values, and adhere to compliance protocols and our organization's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the practice call schedule
  • Maintain board certification
  • Maintain all other required certifications, including BLS and PALS
  • Maintain patient medical records within the electronic health record in a timely fashion
  • Submit patient charges in a timely fashion
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of our organization
  • Be a community ambassador for our organization
  • Abide by all human resource policies, including those pertaining to professional behavior
  • Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive manner
  • Be a supportive and collaborative practice partner
  • Provide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and our organization
  • Participate in the peer review program
  • Supervise colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited residency
  • Licensing through the USMLE
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
  • Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous practice experience of 3 or more years
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
