Job Summary:
PAM Health, LLC is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality patient and cafeteria food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook patient and cafeteria food according to established recipes and menus.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to local, state, and federal sanitation standards.
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and implement special diets and menus.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures.
Requirements:
- High School education or equivalent required.
- Five years of commercial food preparation experience, with hospital experience preferred.
- Ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus.
